June Miller wakes up in Go Mode. She is the force behind Spirit on the Water and whether she’s performing her duties as Chief Creative Officer or wearing her Journey Within facilitator cap, she is hardwired for transformation. Informed by her sharp intuition, June sets the pendulum swinging at Spirit on the Water and everyone who walks through the doors can touch, see and feel the influence of her energy.
June has been a private coach for corporations and individuals throughout Europe and America for over thirty years and maintains a private practice in St. Thomas and in New York City.
She is actively sought as an expert on intuition and personal growth, and has been a keynote and motivational speaker to thousands of people at business and wellness conferences alongside such well-known authors as Dr. Wayne Dyer, Neale Donald Walsh, Dr. Barbara DeAngelis, and Shakti Gawain. She has also been a featured guest on The Today Show, Good Morning America, People Are Talking and has had extensive media coverage in newspapers around the nation including The New York Times, The Daily News, The New York Post, and the Dallas Morning News.
June loves fresh air, warm turquoise water, and open spaces. She craves conversations that get her thinking, characters in books that she can imagine being, and mashed potatoes and gravy no matter what time of day. If she had a choice whether or not to stop on the side of the road to help rescue a dog, or keep driving to get to an appointment on time, she’d be late for her appointment. But that is about the only thing that would make her late—she likes keeping her word.

At Spirit on the Water, Ed is the shepherd for its people and animals, and the meticulous keeper of its peaceful, healing space. His strength lies in his kindness and his natural tendency to serve. Whether that means leaning in to listen when the time is right, offering his healing hands, or knowing just what to say (just when you need to hear it), his contribution is based on a life devoted to helping others advance, heal, and prosper.
Ed has a half a century of experience advising high net worth clients, their businesses, and their families. He graduated from Bowdoin College in Maine and Columbia University Graduate School of Business and started his banking career at Citibank in NYC. In subsequent years he established and ran investment banking and wealth management businesses in London, Hong Kong, New York, and St. Thomas.
In Hong Kong Ed fell in love with Chinese art (particularly contemporary painting), began his own collection, and started to serve as an advisor to other collectors. Later he founded Lo Shan Tang, one of the most respected dealers in Modern Chinese Paintings, authored three books on the subject, and inspired collectors and scholars alike with his passion and commitment to the genre.
As an investor in a number of start-up companies, he has also acted as a mentor and advisor to both owners and managers, helping them to form long-term strategies for growth and sustainable corporate values. In 2001, Ed joined with several other investment bankers to create Atlantic Capital in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. Fourteen years and two companies later, he is still here, enjoying the weather, the water, and the stimulation of meeting new people. He now has four grown children, five grandchildren, three dogs, four and half cats and the most wonderful partner in the world. That would be June, just in case you’re curious.
